JOB OVERVIEW
An excellent opportunity for an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Associate. In this position, you will
enter/create invoices, post and reconcile batches, research and resolve customer A/R issues, prepare
aging report, place billing and collection calls, maintain cash receipts journal, update, and reconcile sub-
ledger to G/L as well as enter revenue journals. The position reports to the company AR Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain customer details in the systems.
• Create and enter invoices using several systems for customers located worldwide.
• Research and reconcile customer orders, billing and payments.
• Allocate Customer’s payment into their specific Accounts.
• Facilitate the timely identification and resolution of Customer’s Claims and Deductions.
• Conduct intensive collection activities and follow-up of overdue paymments.
• Attend to Customer’s queries and ensure timely resolution of issue.
• Participates in various Order to Cash Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Candidate Profile Education and Certification/License Credentials
  • AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Functional Competencies
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable processes.
  • Strong analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 with strong Excel skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task.
• A willingness to be “hands-on” as necessary.

Additional Requirements:

• Availability to work on a 8:00am to 5:00pm CST or MST schedule.
